Terms + Conditions

Welcome to West Reformer Pilates. By accessing our website, booking services, or attending classes and sessions at our studio in Airdrie, Alberta, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Use

By using our website or attending our studio, you agree to:

  • Abide by all studio policies and rules.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information when registering or booking services.

  • Respect instructors, staff, other clients, and the studio environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel bookings for any individual who violates our policies or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.

 

2. Eligibility

Participation in classes and services at West Reformer Pilates is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older, or have signed parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • Are in suitable health to engage in physical activity.

  • Have signed our Liability Waiver and acknowledged our Cancellation Policy.

 

3. Booking and Payments

  • All classes, private sessions, and packages must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Bookings are subject to availability. We encourage early registration to secure your spot.

  • We accept major credit/debit card payments. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to GST.

 

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Class cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours' notice.

  • Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours' notice.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a class credit deduction or $15 fee, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

 

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, packages, memberships, or events.

  • In extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, injury, relocation), account credits or refunds may be issued at our discretion.

 

6. Membership Terms

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and must be cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

 

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any service provided by West Reformer Pilates, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activity carries inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for any injury or condition that may arise.

  • You have signed and agreed to our Liability Waiver prior to attending classes or sessions.

 

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and studio operations. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, class materials, text, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of West Reformer Pilates Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

10. Policy Updates

West Reformer Pilates Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
