Our Classes

Our studio features 12 Reformer machines, allowing for smaller class sizes and personalized attention from our certified expert instructors.​

 

Each 50-minute class begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a series of controlled Reformer exercises focused on breath, core engagement, and targeted muscle groups. Using spring resistance and Pilates props, you'll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.​

 

We offer a variety of class styles to keep you inspired, challenged, and progressing.​
