Our Story

Meet Sarah West – Owner & Founder

Movement has always been a central part of Sarah’s life. Born and raised in Airdrie, she grew up as a competitive dancer and baton twirler, eventually transitioning into teaching dance for over 10 years. With a lifelong passion for movement and a deep-rooted connection to the local community, Sarah always knew she was meant to share that passion with others.

Pilates has been a key part of Sarah’s personal wellness journey for many years. As her love for Reformer Pilates grew, so did her desire to bring its powerful benefits to the people of Airdrie. That dream became a reality with the launch of West Reformer Pilates, the city’s first dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.

As a fully certified Mat + Reformer instructor, her unique combination of expertise in movement, flexibility, and community engagement fuels the warm, empowering environment she’s built at West Reformer Pilates.
