Cancellation Policy

At West Reformer Pilates, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and allow all clients the opportunity to book their preferred classes, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below:

 

Class Cancellations

  • 12-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for all class cancellations.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will be considered a late cancellation.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to cancel in advance, it will be considered a no-show.

  • We allow 2 “class cancellation” freebies per calendar year. We understand that life happens and things come up so cancelling 12 hours in advance can be hard. Please contact info@westreformerpilates.ca to use your freebie. 

 

Fees & Penalties

  • Class Pack Holders: Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of one class credit.

  • Unlimited Memberships: Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a $15 fee per occurrence to ensure fair access for all members.

 

Private Sessions

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within this window will be charged 100% of the session fee.

 

Booking & Waitlist Etiquette

  • If you’re unable to attend a class, please cancel as early as possible to allow someone on the waitlist to take your place.

  • If you’re on a waitlist and added to a class, our standard cancellation policy applies once you're confirmed in the class.

 

Weather & Emergencies

We understand that unforeseen emergencies and Alberta weather can sometimes get in the way. Please reach out to us directly if you experience extenuating circumstances, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
